AxL Spa – Employment Agency was founded in 2004 with a clear objective: to put people and their well-being at the centre of its activities.

Our skills and specializations allow us to design targeted projects in the fields of search & selection, recruitment, training, administrative and legal assistance, career counselling, outplacement and professional relocation.
The HR solutions we propose to our partners are always unique, because they arise from the sharing and exchange of know-how with client companies; the aim is to create a collaborative process supported by strong relationships that always provide effective and timely answers.
In order to respond to the increasingly specific and sectorial needs of companies, we have created nine specialized divisions: High Profiles, Close to You (family assistance personnel selection), Large Clients, Job Diversity, Leather, MiHRo Fashion, Active Employment Policies, Health Professionals and Technology.
During 2022, 7 new branches were opened on the Italian territory, reaching a total of 30.

Since 2018 we have been certified Great Place to Work; this year we ranked 4′ in Italy, in the 159-499 employees’ class.
