VARNISHING

Vmc Mottini Srl uses only hypoallergenic, non-toxic paints and absolutely conceived belonging respect of the environment that allow to respond to every production request of its customers.
For GLASS we offer several solutions from a transparent to opaque finish with multiple color variations.
Not least the degraded nuances that are increasingly requested by the contemporary perfumery market.

For PLASTIC we offer several solutions such as: uv transparent lacquers or opaque, iridescent, interference painting, soft touch, pearled and, as well as for glass, degradè effects.

DECORATION AREA

Vmc Mottini Srl has a decoration department with automatic and semiautomatic machines for screen printing, pad printing and hot printing.
The inks used in these phases make it possible to obtain a sharp and sophisticated decoration, which doesn’t fear essences or even the passage of time.

UV METALLIZATION

Our latest investment concerned UV METALLIZATION.

In the course of the year 2018, we improve our offer to our customers with an automatic UV metallization line.
The processing allows to obtain metallic effects such as silver, brass, gold, gun barrel, completing Vmc Mottini’s offer regarding the cosmetic packaging.

VMC Mottini Srl was founded in Chiuduno in 1997, the passion for challenges is the common thread of this solid entrepreneurial experience.
Originally Claudio Mottini studies and creates techniques to lacquer the fashion accessories likes buttons, buckles, zip that are historically produced in the area.
In 2000 Claudio Mottini accepts another challenge with foresight: to bring the established skills of lacquering on plastic even on glass, installing automatic line that can run in order thousands of pieces a day while maintaining unchanged quality and reliability, entering fully in the market of cosmetics packaging.

In only 4 years Vmc Mottini Srl becomes a supplier of the main cosmetic companies. In 2010 VMC Mottini Srl upgrade the company with another plant and tripling the production area.
The new plant is dedicated to decoration process: screen printing, pad printing and hot printing, In the next five years, VMC Mottini Srl also adds handling and logistics to its services and allow his customers to save time and energy.

During 2018, VMC Mottini Srl increase its business with a sputtering automatic machine.
Today with UV Matallization we are glad to offer multiple and complete services to national and international customers.
