Daniela Manzoni has gained over twenty-five years of experience as a corporate lawyer (general counsel) of multinational companies in various production sectors, including, in the last twenty years, cosmetics and personal care and previously steel and plant engineering.
Since 2017 she has been working as a freelance consultant in the same field of activity.

After obtaining a master’s degree in law in 1997 and a post-graduate master’s degree in public and private international law in 2000 (Master in Advanced International Legal Studies) at the University of Verona, the choice was that of a career in private corporations.

Daniela Manzoni provides legal assistance to companies operating in a national and international context and that need to legally oversee their business and their business relationships and partnerships with various interlocutors: customers, suppliers, partners, public bodies and national and international authorities.

She is specialized in agreements (Italian and international) for the beauty and make-up sector and, in particular, provides advice and assistance in the following areas:

drafting and revision of agreements relating to commercial and business activities, in Italian and English, providing support in the pre-contractual phase (supporting the customer in the negotiation and stipulation of agreements) and in the subsequent execution phase.
By way of example: supply agreements, purchase contracts and, in general, sales contracts, agreements for the assignment of work to subcontractors, distribution, tendering, agency, research and development agreements also with university and research institutions, secrecy, consulting and occasional collaborations (excluding employment relationships and employment regulations), letters of interest, memorandum of understanding, terms sheets, settlement agreements.

drafting of general conditions of sale, general conditions of purchase and in general of the standard company forms of a legal and contractual nature relating to the business.
support, through coordination with specialized professionals appointed by the customer, in the activity of compliance and regulatory and corporate compliance (eg GDPR, D.LGS. 231/01, D.Lgs. 81/08).
opinions, in oral and written form, concerning the areas described in the previous points.
It also provides personalized support with respect to the needs of the company, through the support of internal resources to the company organization in the areas described above.
